We will carefully review the applications submitted and select the five best start-ups, which will be given the opportunity to pitch their idea to a panel of experts and the audience on the day of the event

No, participation in the MEDICE Health Family Start-up Day is free of charge. We want innovative ideas to have the chance to present themselves, regardless of financial barriers. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed to selected start-ups against proof.
The selection is based on criteria such as degree of innovation, market potential, feasibility and contribution to the further development of the healthcare industry.
Yes, there is prize money of 7500 euros for the most promising start-up. In addition, all participants can benefit from valuable networking opportunities and potential investments.

Each participating start-up has a fixed time for the presentation, usually between 5 and 10 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. More information will be provided after the pre-selection.

Yes, the pitch event is open to international start-ups. However, please note any specific requirements in the application documents.
